Shipping Rates & Delivery
We ship across Canada and internationally. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties — those are the buyer's responsibility.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Queen of Suburbia pieces. If something doesn't work out, here's how we handle it:
Eligibility Window
Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
How to Start
Email us with your order number and the item you'd like to return or exchange. We'll reply with return instructions and the shipping address.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Need a different size or style? We'll ship your replacement once the original item is received. Exchange shipping is on us within Canada.
Sale items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange. For hygiene reasons, lingerie bottoms and swimwear are final sale unless defective.
Payment Security
All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments. We accept:

Prices are displayed in CAD. Your payment details are encrypted and never stored on our servers. Look for the padlock icon in your browser — that's your assurance of a secure checkout.
