We offer flat-rate worldwide shipping with Canada Post. Orders within Canada come with tracking and insurance. For orders outside of Canada, rush shipping, insurance, and tracking are all available for an additional cost. Contact us at for a quote. Please view order processing times below.

Wait Times & Returns


Each piece of Queen of Suburbia Lingerie is handmade to order in Ontario, Canada. Please allow 4-6 weeks for fulfillment depending on our queue. Current timeframe updates are available upon request. Depending on the time of the year, rush ordering is oftentimes available. Please email with the date you need your order by to make arrangements.


We  love to make each and every customer happy with our products. If anything is unsatisfactory we offer exchanges or a free alteration/remake on all made-to-order items. To begin the exchange process: 

Email with your name, order number, and item you would like to exchange or have remade within 5 days of receipt. Please also include your reason and a lot of smiley faces, we're very sensitive.

Garments must be returned in original condition with tags attached within 7 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs. If the customer measured incorrectly, or if the wrong size was purchased, remakes or compensation will be assessed on a case-to-case basis.


Queen of Suburbia Custom items are tailor-made to each client from size and fit, to style, color, and fabric. Due to the customization of these garments they cannot be returned or exchanged.  If you are not satisfied with the garments, alterations and minor changes to the design can be made.

Anything Else?


International orders may be subject to import duties. The duties are determined by destination and value of the products. is not responsible for any taxes or duties incurred, and we highly recommend contacting your domestic customs agents to determine if any imports will be applied, and if so, how much. 

LOST OR MISSING PARCELS does not offer refunds for lost parcels. If you would like insurance on your parcel please contact us at to make arrangements.
