Wrap a measuring tape around your underbust (the area where the bra brand will sit). Round up to the closest even number. Next, measure around the fullest part of your bust. Each inch difference between this measurement and your underbust measurement is one cup size.

Now all you need to do is take your underbust measurement and subtract it from your bust measurement. If you're between band sizes, size up. Consult the chart below to select your cup size and put it with your underbust (band) measurement. Ta-da!
